Greece offers reward for robbery suspects' arrest

Greek authorities are offering a ⁈0 ($900,000) reward for information leading to the arrest of three anarchists and suspected bank robbers wanted for three years.

Greece's new Socialist government has pledged a crackdown on local anarchist and far-left militant groups responsible for bombings in Athens. Police suspect them of maintaining close links.

A police statement Monday offered anonymity to anyone providing information leading to the capture of the three men, who have been on the run since a 2006 Athens bank robbery. Two robbers, a bank guard and a bystander were injured during the theft.

Last month, police arrested four suspected members of a militant group that bombed politicians' offices. The attacks caused no injuries.
