Australia scored five first-half tries to beat England 26-16 in the Four Nations on Saturday.Billy Slater went over twice, Darren Lockyer made it 33 tries in 48 test appearances and Greg Inglis and Brett Morris also collected scores as the Kangaroos raced to a 26-0 halftime lead.
The home side hit back with with tries to Sam Burgess, Gareth Ellis and Lee Smith.
Australia was held to a 20-20 draw by New Zealand last week, when England beat France 34-12.
