South Korea's SK Engineering and Construction said yesterday it has won a 2.5 trillion won (US$2.1 billion) order to build an oil refinery in the United Arab Emirates.

It said the order came from Takreer, an affiliate of state-run Abu Dhabi National Oil Company. The plant will be constructed in Ruwais, a city 250km west of Abu Dhabi.
