Telekom Q3 net income up 7.2 pct to

Deutsche Telekom AG says its third-quarter net income rose 7.2 percent as it grappled with the weak dollar and implemented more efforts to cut costs.

Telekom, based in Bonn, reported net income of ⁈llion in the July-September period compared with ⁈llion a year earlier.

Revenue rose 5.2 percent to nearly ⁈illion in the quarter compared with nearly ⁈illion.
