Tajikistan's power company says it has suspended electricity supplies to several regions, raising the specter of another winter of crippling blackouts in the impoverished former Soviet nation.Barki Tojik spokesman Nozirdzhon Yodgori said Thursday the power rationing has been caused by a lack of electricity imports.
