German, Israeli leaders to meet in Berlin
Associated Press

The German government says Chancellor Angela Merkel will meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and members of his Cabinet in Berlin at the end of the month.

Merkel's spokesman Ulrich Wilhelm said Friday that the delegations and agenda were still being finalized for the Nov. 30 meeting _ which will be the second joint session of the German and Israeli governments.

Merkel and members of her Cabinet traveled to Jerusalem in March 2008 for the first such meeting. During that visit, Merkel addressed the Israeli parliament and expressed shame over the Nazi Holocaust.

Germany is Israel's No. 2 trading partner after the U.S.
