Hsiu Chong Liao, Chairman Emeritus, graced the event to draw the lucky top winner. Almost 10, 000 lucky draw slips from every hotel, resort and suites all across Taiwan were received, generating significant revenue for the Howard group. At the same time the promotion reinforced the brand image of the Howard Hotels, Resorts & Suites as the biggest 5-star hotel chain brand in Taiwan.

Through the "Howard Passport" promotion, the Howard Hotels, Resorts & Suites hoped to thank their loyal customers for their support all these years. Without their support, the group would not have been able to sustain business in accommodation, dining or brand products in this highly competitive industry. The Howard Hotels, Resorts & Suites aim to provide their customers with even better quality, personalized and thoughtful services.
