New Year’s Eve celebrations at Grand Hyatt Taipei

Year 2014 is quickly approaching! Celebrations of a new year and countdown are to be held nationwide. As one of the most well-known five-star hotels in Taiwan and next to landmark skyscraper Taipei 101, Grand Hyatt Taipei also rolls out special set menu at its most celebrated restaurants for guests to enjoy this wonderful moment and pamper their palates.

On December 31, guests will be invited to enjoy a range of selected New Year’s Eve set menus, priced from NT$1,680 to NT$4,200 (subject to a 10% service charge) from Café, Cheers, Ziga Zaga, Irodori and Bel Air. In addition, from 9:30pm until 1:30am, Grand Hyatt Taipei has organized a New Year’s Eve countdown party at The Residence on the 2nd floor.

At Ziga Zaga, guests can enjoy a traditional Italian, American and Mexican style dining experience with dinner set menu priced at NT$2,200 per person and from 9:30 pm onwards, the wine club offers guests the chance to party all night long next to the Taipei 101 fireworks, along with exciting DJ performance and a complimentary glass of champagne for an entrance fee of NT$800 per person.

Bel Air on the 2nd floor presents a New Year’s Eve dinner set menu priced at NT$3,600 and NT$4,200 per person, featuring pan-seared blue-eye cod and roasted U.S. Natural Wagyu Beef. The New Year’s Eve lunch set menu is also available at NT$1,800 per person.

According to the Marketing and Communications Director Ms Christine Yen, restaurants at Hyatt Taipei are 80% booked on average. Yen expects that restaurants shall achieve an additional 15% sales increase compared to last year.
