Famous French restaurant of the Landis Taipei, is open to the public again

After four months of refurnishing, Brasserie, a famous French restaurant of the Landis Taipei, is open to the public again this December, bringing a renovated atmosphere of fashion and humanitarianism on the basis of its classic characteristics.

To celebrate its rebirth, Brasserie is proposing an abundance of feature cuisines. Baked Salmon on Puff Pastry with Dill and Lemon Butter Sauce is a whole new idea in this restaurant. Other dishes include Roasted Pork Sandwich with Emmental Cheese and Braised Pork Knuckle with Cider, Tumips and Cheese Potatoes.

The grand reopening of Brasserie coincides with the 34th anniversary of this hotel which sees the inauguration of the newly-appointed GM Mr. Robert J. Gerber. With more than 35 years of experience in the hotel industry, Gerber has also been posted in China for 19 years.
