ATHENS, Greece (AP) -- Greece says Turkey will extradite a former CEO of Hellenic Postbank to face charges of providing unsecured loans to businessmen and agreeing to a business deal that cost the bank about 150 million euros ($205 million).

Angelos Filippidis, Postbank's CEO from 2007-2010, was arrested Friday night in Istanbul, according to Greek media reports Saturday. He has said he would have returned on his own to testify Monday.

An official at Greece's justice ministry said on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to speak about the case that the extradition procedure could take up to a month. A total of 25 people face charges in the case.
