CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- Two sons of former Australia fast bowler Craig McDermott have been named in a Prime Minister's XI to play England in a 50 overs cricket match Tuesday.

Batsman Ben McDermott was named Monday to join older brother Alistair in the composite side as a replacement for Chris Lynn who has a knee injury.

National talent manager Greg Chappell said McDermott is a talented young batsman in the Brisbane Heat Twenty20 and Australia under-19 squads. Chappell said he is also a promising wicketkeeper. "He is definitely one to watch."
