Cakes in love

The two cakes include Passionate Chocolate and White Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu. Both are four and a half inches and priced at NT$600 per cake.

The Passionate Chocolate is a French style chocolate cake that contains six layers. The cake takes three days to complete. It is made with coconut dacquoise coated in dark chocolate, filled with kalamansi custard in the centre and wrapped with a smooth passion fruit infused dark chocolate mousse, creating a balance of flavors and textures. The cake is finished with a heart-shaped red velvet chocolate and an edible piece of 24k gold leaf.

The White Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu use ingredients imported from Italy, such as the ladyfinger biscuits and mascarpone cream. This tiramisu offers an authentic Italian flavor with a contemporary twist. The tiramisu are assembled in ten-layers – five-layers of mascarpone cream and five-layers of almond sponge cake soaked in espresso liquid and wrapped inside a ladyfinger biscuit shell. Tart raspberries, hand shaved white chocolate, and a red ribbon bow finishes this cake off elegantly.
