PARIS (AP) -- Alexandre Lacazette took his league tally for the season to 12 as Lyon beat Evian 3-0 in the French league on Sunday to extend its unbeaten run to 12 matches and move up to fifth place.

Gomis gave Lyon the lead in the 19th minute when Maxime Gonalons headed on from Clement Grenier's corner and, after his effort was cleared, Gomis collected the ball and turned sharply to shoot past goalkeeper Bertrand Laquait for his eighth league goal of the season.

Shortly after Jonathan Mensah was sent off, Lyon went 2-0 up in the 43rd. Evian gave the ball away carelessly in midfield and Gueida Fofana sent Lacazette through on goal, and the forward clipped the ball neatly past Laquait.

Lacazette added his second in the 76th after being set up by substitute Jimmy Briand.

Lyon could have scored more, with Grenier going close with a swerving free kick from 35 meters that Laquait struggled to keep out, and when Nabil Fekir came on for Lacazette he had a good chance when he was alone in the penalty area but Laquait saved his effort.

Later, it's Bordeaux vs. Saint-Etienne and Monaco vs. Marseille.

League leader PSG was held 1-1 at mid-table Guingamp on Saturday, needing a late header from Alex to salvage a draw.
