Taipei, March 24 (CNA) A Cabinet spokesman denied media reports that the office of Premier Jiang Yi-huah was breached and documents were taken by protesters who stormed the Executive Yuan late Sunday. Sun Lih-chyun said in the early hours of Monday that the protesters did not enter the premier's office and that none of the documents or computers were taken away as suggested by media reports. There is no question of confidential material being compromised, Sun said. He made the comments as the police tried to disperse the hundreds of student-led protesters who gathered outside the Executive Yuan compound. The main office building was believed to be mostly cleared of protesters before midnight. (By Hsieh Chia-chen and Jay Chen)
