LONDON (AP) -- Kumar Sangakkara struck his 19th century in one-day internationals as Sri Lanka posted a commanding 300-9 -- its biggest total of the series -- in the team's must-win fourth match against England at Lord's on Saturday.

The veteran left-hander hit 14 boundaries in his 104-ball knock of 112, sharing a second-wicket stand of 172 with Tillakaratne Dilshan (71) to help Sri Lanka rebound from a humiliating loss in Wednesday's 3rd ODI when it was skittled out for just 67.

Captain Angelo Mathews made a run-a-ball 30 to push the tourists up to 300.

Leading 2-1, England needs to chase down a total of 300 or more on home soil for the first time to clinch the series with a match to spare. Harry Gurney claimed team-best bowling figures of 4-55.
