CAMPINAS, Brazil (AP) -- Nigeria's team spokesman says the squad will travel for its World Cup second-round game against France as scheduled amid reports of another pay dispute involving an African team.

Media officer Ben Alaiya says the Nigerians will fly to Brasilia from their base near Sao Paulo on Friday as previously planned.

Nigeria canceled a Thursday night training session in Campinas, north of Brazil's biggest city, as they held a meeting at their hotel, reportedly over players demanding their bonus payments for making the second round at the World Cup.

Alaiya said the training was canceled because the meeting ran too long but wouldn't say what the meeting was about. He also declined to comment on reports that the players were now demanding their money for qualifying for the last 16.
