Sagan Tosu moves into 1st place in J-League standings with 1-0 win over Nagoya Grampus

TOKYO (AP) -- Kei Ikeda scored late in the second half on Saturday as Sagan Tosu beat Nagoya Grampus 1-0 to move into first place in the J-League.

Ikeda's left-footed shot in the 82nd minute allowed Sagan to improve to 37 points, level with Urawa Reds. Tosu tops the table on goal differential, however.

Urawa was held to a 2-2 draw with Vissel Kobe.

Third-place Kawasaki Frontale fell four points off the pace after a 4-1 loss to Kashiwa Reysol.

Kashima Antlers moved into fourth place after a 5-1 thrashing of defending champions Sanfrecce Hiroshima.

Gamba Osaka beat Yokohama F Marinos 2-0, and Yoshinori Muto scored two goals to help FC Tokyo beat Shimizu S-Pulse 4-0.

Hiroyuki Takasaki scored late as Tokushima Vortis earned a 2-2 draw against Ventforet Kofu. Omiya Ardija drew 2-2 with Vegalta Sendai.
