Canadian-born new immigrant makes leftover become fertilizers

Canadian-born new immigrant Liu Lee-hsueh and his wife Tseng Szu-jen devote themselves to produce the healthy and non-toxic fruits and vegetable. They run a Ling Hai Farm in Sanzhi Dist, New Taipei City. They also show people how to use the leftover to be the fertilizers to plant the fruits and vegetables.

In addition to running a farm, Liu and Tseng also share the various fruits and vegetables they plant, recipes and the experience of planting on Facebook. They hope to promote the natural fertilizers to the whole island to let people not only enjoy the healthy foods but also do the recycling for this society.

Liu held the symposium to discuss the advantages of leftover and share his experiences to plant the healthy and fresh fruits and vegetables by themselves on August 14.
