Taipei, Aug. 28 (CNA) Taiwan and China will hold talks on the signing of a cross-strait agreement on trade in goods on Sept. 10, Vice Minister of Economic Affairs announced Thursday. The talks to be held in Taipei will be the first of its kind in nearly five months despite a lack of progress in the Legislature in the review of a cross-strait agreement on trade in services, which was signed in June 2013.
