Award-winning Australian Director Baz Luhrmann's latest film, "Australia," starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, is hitting cinemas in Taiwan from December 24."Australia" is an epic and romantic action adventure in which an English aristocrat (Nichole Kidman) and a rough-hewn local (Hugh Jackman) together embark upon a transforming journey across hundreds of miles of the world's most beautiful yet unforgiving terrain. With this movie, Luhrmann is painting on a vast canvas, creating a cinematic experience that brings together romance, drama, adventure and spectacle.
ACIO & TAAA are organizing a special charity screening of the film "Australia" on Tuesday, December 30. Each ticket for the special charity screening will cost NT$400 of which NT$180 will go towards the Harmony Home Association, a non-profit organization for sheltering children with HIV/AIDS.
** Tickets must be booked & pre-paid no later than (Wednesday) December 17 through Australian and New Zealand Chamber of Commerce.
